DELIVERY/ EXCHANGES/ RETURNS 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

All items can take up to 3-4 working days to be completed. Most of the time we can make items quicker than this. All custom order can take up to 10 days to be complete if fabric has had to be brought in for your order and pattern making. Please don't hesitate to email a date you need your item buy and it helps with working out a better time scale for us.

HOW MUCH DOES UK DELIVERY COST?

All Uk items are sent out first class at a fee of £3.50 which will take up to 1-2 working days. You can opt for Uk tracked and signed at £4.50 When you come to the checkout.

If you need an item for a certain date please contact us via email and we will do our best to get your order completed with in your time scale.

Any customs fees or extra costs incurred are liable to be paid by the customer, we will not reimburse this.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST?

All international items tracked and signed at £10 which typically take up to 10 working dates from despatch.

If you need an item for a certain date please contact us via email and we will try our best to complete your order with in your time scale.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

From time to time, orders can get lost in the post whilst handled by Royal Mail. Proof of postage receipts are kept from all orders, therefore if you have received a dispatch email and its been over a week and you have still do not have the parcel, please email. We are not responsible for reimbursing funds if this happens straight away, however we will do everything we can to get in contact with Royal Mail and resolve this issue for you.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns:

We do not offer returns, due to the nature of each garment being made to order. If items arrive damaged please contact us via email all items must be returned within 7 days after the agreed date in email.

 

All items are thoroughly checked for faults prior to sending.

 

If an item arrives and unfortunately does not fit, please email us and we are able to exchange for a different size. Providing the item is of a brand new, unworn condition, we will happily exchange for you. Return cost will be at the customers expense, however the delivery of the new size garment will be covered by us.
